Acceptable use
You agree to use Replylo only for replying to reviews of apps you own or are authorized to manage. You agree not to use Replylo to spam, harass, or impersonate reviewers, and to comply with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play's Developer Program Policies.
Your content, your responsibility
Every reply we draft requires your approval before posting. You are responsible for the content of any reply you approve — including reviewing AI-generated drafts for accuracy and tone before they are posted publicly under your developer account.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Sync delays, store API outages, or our own incidents may cause replies to be drafted or posted late. We do our best to be transparent when things break.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
