Terms of Use

Your licence to use Replylo

These terms are the agreement between you and Mustafa Yılmaz, the independent developer who makes and runs Replylo, and they cover both the Replylo website and the Replylo mobile app. While your subscription is active and you are following these terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Replylo for your own apps. You may not resell it, rent it out, or reverse-engineer it.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Replylo only for replying to reviews of apps you own or are authorized to manage. You agree not to use Replylo to spam, harass, or impersonate reviewers, and to comply with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play's Developer Program Policies.

Your content, your responsibility

Every reply we draft requires your approval before posting. You are responsible for the content of any reply you approve — including reviewing AI-generated drafts for accuracy and tone before they are posted publicly under your developer account.

Subscriptions and renewal

Paid plans are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store and Google Play, billed monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. The current prices for each plan are shown on our pricing page and in the app before you buy.

Cancelling

Because Apple and Google handle the billing, you cancel in their subscription settings, not inside Replylo: on iPhone or iPad, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, the Play Store app → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, not by us. Deleting your Replylo account does not by itself cancel a subscription — cancel it in the store first.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Sync delays, store API outages, or our own incidents may cause replies to be drafted or posted late. We do our best to be transparent when things break.
