Will Replylo post replies automatically?
No. Every draft requires your approval. You can edit, regenerate, or reject any reply before it goes live.
How does it learn my voice?
When you add an app, you set tone (casual / neutral / professional), persona (I or we), emoji level, and a support email. The drafts respect those settings — and your edits make future drafts better.
Which stores are supported?
Apple App Store and Google Play. One app can be connected to both.
Do you store my private keys?
Yes, encrypted at rest in our database (Active Record Encryption). We only use them to read reviews and post your approved replies.
What about languages?
Replies are written in the reviewer's language by default — Replylo doesn't translate the original review, it responds in kind.
