What we collect
We collect the email address you sign up with, the App Store Connect and Google Play credentials you connect, the reviews we fetch on your behalf, and the replies you approve.
How we store credentials
All store credentials (App Store private keys, Google service-account JSON) are encrypted at rest using Active Record Encryption with per-record keys. They are decrypted only in memory during sync runs and reply posts, never written to logs.
What we share
We send the text of each review to Anthropic (Claude) to generate a draft reply. We do not send reviewer personally-identifiable information beyond what you've already authorized us to read from your store. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your apps, credentials, reviews, and replies from our database within 30 days.
